I've never been a biased person, especially when it comes to my opinion in style/fashion. Wether the person is my big brother/mentor or I'm just a fan of their work, I still keep it real. And me being real I will honestly say that I haven't felt a BBC/ICE CREAM look book in a good three years or so. But as soon as I peeped the BBC lookbook last week and the Ice Cream lookbook this week it ALMOST made me fall back in love with the brand that inspired me as an 11 year old little kid. Motivating me to be serious about something I was curious with, that many kids my age at the time looked at me sideways for experimenting with. We can all say that BBC doesn't compare to Y-3 Yohji Yamamoto, Jeremy Scott Adidas Originals, Band of outsiders etc. but most of you cannot deny that BBC/Ice Cream definitely HAS inspired you possibly or maybe even still does. All in all, I most definitely love the direction BBC took and I like that Ice cream stuck with it's same fun, vibrant feel it's had over the past 5 years.

Kim Kardashian Doesn't Want Her Million Dollar Cake

Instead she wants the money to go to homeless people....

When news broke that Kim Kardashian was going to celebrate her birthday (again!) with a million dollar cake, we were flabbergasted! What the heck would make a cake so expensive?!


But it seems as though the birthday girl herself is flabbergasted as well!
According to ShowbizSpy, the star, who will reportedly be celebrating turning the big 3-0 (again) at GLO Nightclub, thinks that it's "ridiculous" that the club want to give her such an expensive cake.

Instead, Kim believes that the money should go to a much more needy cause.
The reality star said: "First of all, this is the first time I've heard about this, and I would never allow anyone to spend that much money on cake.
"Making a million dollar birthday cake is just ridiculous! I'd rather they gave me a cupcake and donate the rest of the money to the homeless."

'Whip My Hair' Director Says Willow Smith's A 'Trendsetter

  The director for Willow Smith's latest video "Whip My Hair" believes the 9-year-old singer will make a major impact on the world's of music and fashion.

Ray Kay was the eye behind the camera for Willow's video, which debuted on the Internet on Monday.

Last month, the child prodigy, who is the daughter of actor/rapper Will Smith, inked a deal with Jay-Z's Roc Nation label.

“I’m so excited to see all the buzz about this video on the web. Willow really deserves this, she’s a superstar already. The video will surely be considered a classic a few years from now."

In addition to Willow Smith's "Whip My Hair" video, Ray Kay has shot videos for Beyonce, Diddy, Ciara, Lady Gaga, Enrique Iglesias, Ghostface and others.

"I think we managed to create a fresh expression using Willow’s amazing energy, a positive and inspiring concept, and mixing the colors of the sets with Willow’s fashion, which consisted of custom-made clothing and exclusive One Z jumpsuits from California Christiania Republic," added Ray Kay. Diddy Speaks Out on Nicki Minaj Management Rumors

Diddy is dusting off rumors that hip-hop darling Nicki Minaj fired him as her manager.

Earlier this week a suspicious statement from Minaj went viral that alleged the two had a falling out because the Bad Boy CEO babied her when it came to work. Diddy, who also manages Rick Ross, addressed the rumor with Hot 97's Funkmaster Flex.

"With the Nicki thing, that was even something me and her made sure we didn't define or kept a mystery, so I don't go around saying I'm her manager," Diddy explained. "We work together in a certain type of unofficial capacity." Diddy said he was perplexed at how the rumor surfaced and assured that his professional relationship with Minaj was still intact. "We still work together but it's not about going around saying I'm her manager -- she really does a lot of things by herself. And whatever ways I can assist the situation, or whatever that title is, that's what I do. I play my position on the team ... "

Minaj laughed off the apparent hoax that declared her new manager was industry veteran Benny Medina. She tweeted, "Lmao. i've never met benny medina a day in my life. we good on this side."

Diddy further elaborated on his involvement with talent like Ross and Minaj, comparing it to hustling. "I have a lot of knowledge I feel I have to give to artists and a lot of ways I can help their brand go to the next level. It has grown to be not just about me, not just about Bad Boy, but the future brands that are coming up and the future super stars. I feel I have an obligation to help them and I feel there's a way we can get some money together."

gucci mane in rehab for cocaine use

Less than six months after his release from prison, Gucci Mane has checked himself into a rehab facility for an addiction to cocaine.

According to members of the rapper's entourage were involved in an hour-long stand-off against Gucci outside the Riverwoods Southern Regional Psychiatric Center in Riverdale, Ga. on Thursday (October 14). The group, which included his manager and lawyer, begged him to enter the facility for treatment, apparently interrupting a Narcotics Anonymous class that was taking place at the time of his arrival.

After coaxing from his lawyer, who convinced the 'So Wasted' rapper that failing to get help for his drug addiction could land him right back behind bars, the 30-year-old turned himself in for 28-day treatment. The facility, which specializes in alcohol and substance abuse, offers support groups for chemical dependency every Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday.

Although Gucci's camp has yet to confirm the story, this isn't the first time that he has made news for substance abuse. Back in 2008 he was arrested on a DUI charge, which landed him back in jail for a year for violating his probation stemming from a 2005 assault charge. Earlier this year, while behind bars, Gucci slammed reports that testing positive for cocaine put him behind bars. "I think it was for marijuana," Gucci said of the failed drug test. "But it definitely wasn't from cocaine. I have never used cocaine. I stopped smoking and stopped drinking. For the last six months, I haven't used any drugs, and I will continue to claim sobriety."

In what has turned out to be a year of hip-hop's love affair with substance abuse, Gucci has become the latest rapper to face drug addiction. Last week, fellow Atlanta rapper T.I. was sentenced to 11 months in prison after violating his probation when he was arrested and found to be in possession of ecstasy.

Hopefully Gucci can get help for his addiction and focus on promoting his latest album, 'The Appeal: Georgia's Most Wanted' which was released September 28.
